Licensed under ADGM and based on Al Reem Island, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive field-based sales and business growth across Abu Dhabi.Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of UAE sales experience, preferably within banking, finance, accounting, or auditing. This is a target-driven, field-intensive role focused on generating new business by meeting prospective clients, especially in the retail and restaurant sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses across Abu Dhabi to generate new businessBuild and manage a strong sales pipelineGenerate leads through cold-calling, field visits, and relationship buildingPresent company services and propose suitable solutions based on client needsMeet monthly/quarterly sales targetsFollow up with prospects and close dealsMaintain sales activities and client interactions in CRM systemsPrepare regular sales reportsStay updated on market trends and competitor activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboardingRequirements3–4 years of sales experience in the UAEBackground in banking, finance, accounting, or auditing (advantage)Proven track record of meeting sales targetsStrong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market (retail & F&B preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a target-driven roleValid UAE driving license (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
