Job SummaryThis role will focus on driving revenue, expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our brand as the go-to workspace solution for entrepreneurs, startups, and enterprises.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & SalesActively promote the centres, drive business growth and maintain standard of servicesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, corporates, and freelancers.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targetsPartnerships & NetworkingCollaborate with local businesses to create value-added services for membersMaintain a good and lasting professional relationship with clients and business partnersMarket Research & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine positioningPrepare office proposal Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with operations, community managers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless experiencesRequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct corporate salesPrior experience in coworking, serviced office, and corporate service provider is an advantageAbility to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as initiative to work autonomouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunitiesGood command in both spoken and written English and Korean**Candidates with more experience will be considered as manager title**
