Xelware extended its footprint across ASEAN countries and also presents in the US and UK.Xelware diversified into various vertical business IT Training, IT products, Consulting,Artificial Intelligence for business process and Customized solution for Industry demands.Xelware is authorized partner forOracleVMwareMicrosoftEC-CouncilPartnered with other IT consultants to meet customer needs.Xelware delivers cross country training to Corporate customers subject to preferredCountry and Cities across the Globe.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForBuilding the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing and IT Services industry.You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.What's on Offer?Leadership RoleAttractive Salary & Benefits
