This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how a global digital agency identifies opportunities, builds partnerships, and drives expansion. You’ll be part of a dynamic team shaping OuterSpace Digital’s growth trajectory while gaining hands-on experience in international business development and digital strategy.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategy, marketing, and creative teams to help drive lead generation, optimize outreach campaigns, and contribute to the agency’s global expansion efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities.Assist in developing and executing sales and outreach strategies.Support the preparation of business proposals, decks, and client presentations.Engage with leads through email, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms to nurture relationships.Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.Track and analyze KPIs related to sales, engagement, and conversion.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (knowledge of CRM tools is a plus).Passion for digital marketing, sales strategy, and creative industries.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in client acquisition and digital strategy.Mentorship from experienced professionals across business, marketing, and creative domains.Exposure to global markets and cross-border business development practices.Opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
