For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Business Development Hub Intern role. Purpose This role will support the BD Hub team, which works alongside colleagues in Product Business Development, Clients, and Sectors globally. The primary focus will be on preparing directory submissions and producing client-facing materials, such as supplier questionnaires, client relationship reports, and presentations. The role will also involve executing marketing campaigns and undertaking a range of other related tasks. Key responsibilities and challengesSupport the drafting of legal directory submissions, including collating relevant data before project kick-off and producing first drafts based on information gathered from various sources across the network.Work with the BD Hub team to support on updating a centralised repository for credentials and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.Conduct basic research and collate data from multiple sources and databases to support Product Business Development and Client and Sector analysis.Assist with maintaining and updating practice and sector-related content on Linklaters.com, LinkedIn, and relevant intranet pages.Help prepare client-facing materials, including Client Relationship Reports and supplier questionnaires.Participate in ad hoc projects as required. Your experienceFluent spoken and written English (enabling writing, running reports, interpreting data for use with clients).Highly competent user of Microsoft Office tools (with a focus on MS Excel in particular).Prior professional experience would be an advantage, preferably in an international business environment.SkillsAttention to detail - a highly diligent candidate who has an excellent focus on quality and attention to detail.Good communicator - you will have proficient written and verbal English language skills. Be able to confidently present yourself to business teams colleagues.Teamwork mentality - you will have an understanding that successful delivery of projects relies on a team.Time management skills - able to manage conflicting priorities in a professional manner and work under pressure.A 'can-do' attitude - able to work effectively with a diverse range of teams, personalities and seniorities across the organisation.Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.Ability to adapt to different cultures worldwide.Good problem solver; able to offer practical and creative solutions. Working hours The core working hours are between 9:00- 5:15pm or 10:00 - 6.15pmHybrid work: 2 days from the officeThe Team You will be welcomed into the BDM function as part of the BDM LGS team.
