Business Development Intern, Mobility & F&B [Jan 2026 Intake]

What You Will DoAssist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Car Services, and F&B sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leadsOnboard new travel products - this can range from cruises, car services and F&BUpdate and manage existing travel products - with critical schedule and inventory information as the needs of our partners adaptPrepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partnersConduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areasWork with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.Support in maintaining relationships with current partners by addressing their needs and ensuring mutual growth.Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks related to merchantsAssist in various vertical related projects where applicable, including formulating a project plan, execution of the project and post project reporting/analysis.Track the performance of partnerships through reporting and analytics.What You Will NeedEffective communicator to share and receive key information with the ability to build relationships with key contacts across the companyAttention to detail, organised and meticulously motivated to prioritise tasks on hand and to improve Klook merchant experienceWork proactively and well both independently, and in teams A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.Familiarity with content management systems, data entry, customer service experience would be plusWork experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment would be a plus
