You’ll research markets, reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to global B2B sales with strong potential for a full-time role.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.Build and maintain lead lists and CRM data with complete accuracy.Schedule meetings and share key insights with Account Executives.Support market research and identify new business opportunities.Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities and conversions.Participate in process improvement and automation projects.What You’ll LearnPractical B2B sales and lead generation techniques.CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Effective communication, pitching, and pipeline management.Data-driven decision-making in business development.Key Metrics (KPIs)200 calls, 500 emails, and 100 LinkedIn messages/day.10+ qualified leads/month with ≥70% meeting acceptance.100% CRM data accuracy and timely reporting.QualificationsFinal-year student or recent graduate (Business/Marketing or related).Excellent communication and research skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office.Prior sales/marketing internship is an advantage.
