This role is essential for supporting the growth strategy of the company and driving new business initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the business development team in identifying and exploring growth opportunities, potential partnerships, and new marketsConducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisionsPreparing presentations and reports to support proposals and business casesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and align with market needsSupporting the development of proposals, bids, and other documents required for business developmentMaintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting outreach efforts to attract new clientsMonitoring industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planningRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, other Life Sciences, or a related fieldMaster's degree in Life Sciences, a related field or Business Administration shall be considered a plusInternship or some experience in business development or regulatory affairs, within the pharmaceutical industryStrong analytical skills and ability to conduct market researchExcellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the willingness to learnStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectivelyStrong focus on problem solving, conflict resolution and delivering outstanding performanceOur vision is to improve people's lives...That is why we are committed to serve medical science with passion, creativity and ethos, having human life as our top priority.UNI-PHARMA is an equal opportunity employer.
