We support clients in civil construction, roadworks, utilities, renewables, and the government sector — and we're growing fast.As part of our growth strategy, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Key Account Manager to join our high-performing Victorian Sales team.About the RoleReporting to the GM – Sales & Business Development, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships while driving new business across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.Your key responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionIdentify, target, and win new business opportunities in key industriesNegotiate and secure short- and long-term dry hire contractsCollaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and hire solutionsRepresent Porter Plant professionally across the construction and infrastructure sectorsWhat We’re Looking ForWe're after someone who knows the hire industry and understands what it takes to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
