Leveraging the firm’s multidisciplinary design expertise, you will be responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and managing the entire business development lifecycleKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business growth strategies tailored to the firm’s multidisciplinary operations across multiple markets.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.Lead the complete bid and proposal process, including PQQs, RFP analysis, strategy development, proposal preparation, and post-submission follow-ups.Prepare compelling, high-quality submissions that effectively highlight the firm’s capabilities and unique value proposition.Collaborate closely with technical leads and senior management to define project strategies, resourcing, and execution plans.Maintain and update proposal templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.Ensure seamless coordination between business development, design, and technology teams to align on goals and deliverables.Prepare and maintain key business development documentation, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and records.Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, client acquisition, and ideally within the AEC or design consulting industry.Proven track record in business development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with consistent achievement of sales or project acquisition targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Flexibility to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Ready to take your career to new heights?
