Company DescriptionRFx mission is simple: to become the only platform procurement teams need.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Leader – B2B based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying and generating new B2B leads, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals. The Business Development Leader will also strategize and implement initiatives to expand business opportunities and meet revenue targets.You will report directly to the founders and work closely with product, partnerships, and ops.What You’ll DoOwn and scale RFx’s enterprise pipeline (from outreach to signed deals).Build and nurture relationships with procurement, finance, and tech stakeholders in large orgs.Develop outbound motion and close partnerships with channel players (ERPs, SIs, etc.).Refine sales materials, pitches, and ROI messaging based on buyer personas.Identify and prioritize verticals and use-cases with the highest velocity and value.Work cross-functionally to feed customer insight into product roadmap.Who You Are5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, procurement tech, or ERP.Strong network and credibility with CPOs, CFOs, and IT leads in the region.Fluent in the enterprise buying process — RFPs, POCs, compliance, budgets.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rejection, and multi-month deal cycles.Bilingual (Arabic + English), based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.What we’d love to hear from you?You can share your answers in your application or in your intro message.Please describe one enterprise deal you closed that took over 6 months.
