With this exciting growth comes opportunity — and we’re looking for new talent to join us.Role: Business Development Manager – Contract LogisticsLocation: Dublin, IrelandHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30Join our Contract Logistics team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in driving the next phase of our growth in Ireland. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, while also managing and expanding a small portfolio of existing clients. If you’re passionate about building lasting partnerships, achieving commercial success, and contributing to a global logistics leader, this role could be your ideal next move.What will you be doing?Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Irish logistics market.Engage potential clients through effective networking, meetings, and value-based selling.Manage and grow a select portfolio of existing customer accounts.Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Maintain an active and structured sales pipeline using CRM tools and data insights.Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations.Collaborate closely with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service excellence.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to guide business strategy.Support company objectives through teamwork, cross-selling, and knowledge sharing.About YouProven track record in sales or business development, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.Confident in building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining structured sales pipelines.Good time and territory management skills with a focus on balancing acquisition and retention.Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.What can we offer you?Competitive Salary Package and an opportunity to be a part of and grow within a driven and successful company, with a team of 160,000, operating in over 90 countries.
