Our outbound motion into the US startup ecosystem is scaling aggressively, and we need someone who has done this before and can own it end-to-end.About the RoleYou will run the outbound engine hands-on—writing, calling, experimenting, fixing, and driving meetings every single week. This is not a coordination or people-management role. This is a doer’s role for someone who knows how to break into US founders’ inboxes and calendars.ResponsibilitiesRun full outbound campaigns (email + calling + LinkedIn) for US SaaS/startup prospects.Build and refine ICP-based lead lists, ensuring data quality.Write sharp, high-response cold email copy.Make cold calls to founders/CEOs/COOs and convert interest into meetings.Analyze campaign performance—open rates, reply rates, booking rates—and fix quickly.Continuously experiment with subject lines, offers, angles, CTAs, timing, and sequences.Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.Collaborate closely with AE/founder for feedback loops and messaging improvements.Own weekly outbound KPIs: meetings booked, conversations started, reply rates.Share tactical insights to improve ICP definition, outbound playbooks, and GTM messaging.Requirements3 years of proven outbound experience targeting the US market.Cold calling experience is mandatory.Prior experience selling to US founders or US-based SaaS companies.Strong copywriting ability—your cold emails should get replies.Strong spoken English with confident phone presence.Analytical mindset—comfortable slicing data and improving performance.Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar tools.High ownership: you solve problems, not wait for instructions.High energy and comfort with high-velocity outbound work.Nice to HaveExperience in HRTech, EOR, payroll, recruiting, or talent-tech.Experience in a startup or early-stage GTM environment.Ability to coach junior BDRs over time.Strong LinkedIn outreach track record.Why Join UsHigh visibility and direct access to founder and GTM leadership.Build a US outbound engine from scratch.Clear growth path into Senior BDM → Outbound Lead → SDR Manager.In-office culture with fast collaboration and high velocity.Zero bureaucracy.
