You will interpret the technical needs of users, influencers, channel partners, and the local Corteva Biologicals Commercial team regarding Corteva solutions. You will translate local needs into actionable project questions and communicate inputs to Field Scientists for LPCT awareness. You will support district/region/territory sales goals of existing products by providing technical and demand generation support, and drive sales development through training, coaching, and best practice improvement for Corteva promotion teams and distributor sales reps.You Will Be Part of Growing Team You will interact closely with the Biologicals focal point AME, EME Marketing Leader, EME Sales Manager, EME R&D and Regulatory, and key market influencers. Your ChallengeIdentify gaps, follow up, and propose future business opportunities and actions. Summarize and disseminate competitive product information. Represent local customer needs to the LPCT. Support Marketing needs within the sales organization. Contribute to the development and refinement of local positioning for new and existing products. Provide product support as defined by the LPCT. Offer biology know-how for existing products (technology transfer, labels, etc.). Implement Endorsement Strategies with distributors, dealers, retailers, and end-users. Assist with plots and field days as needed within districts. Coach contractors/distributor personnel on pre-call planning, demand generation, sales, and product positioning. Provide technical support to the commercial team to achieve district-level sales goals (trainings, field days, technical materials, presentations). Design accurate sales tools, product positioning guides, and competitive positioning strategies. Build relationships with local influencers, commodity groups, consultants, and associations. Collaborate with the Technology Transfer team to convert R&D and Field Scientist information into actionable insights for the commercial organization. Manage technical training for key distributors.
