This is a high-impact role focused on revenue generation, market penetration, and building sustainable business relationships in one of Europe's most critical healthcare markets.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Commercial StrategyDrive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and expansion of existing pharmaceutical and biotech partnershipsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment platformBuild and manage sales pipeline with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research institutionsAchieve aggressive revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention ratesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify, prospect, and convert high-value clients including Big Pharma, emerging biotechs, and specialty pharmaceutical companiesConduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and research teamsNegotiate complex service agreements and partnership terms with legal and procurement teamsManage key account relationships ensuring successful trial launches and ongoing satisfactionMarket Intelligence & StrategyAnalyze competitive landscape and market opportunities in German oncology clinical trials spaceProvide market feedback to product development and clinical operations teamsIdentify emerging trends in patient recruitment, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical R&D prioritiesDevelop pricing strategies and service packages tailored to German market needsCross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with Clinical Operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and trial executionCollaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and thought leadership contentWork with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all agreements meet German regulatory standardsProvide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to executive leadershipIdeal Candidate ProfileEssential Experience5-8 years in business development, sales, or commercial roles within healthcare, life sciences, or medical technologyProven track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships in B2B healthcare salesExperience selling to pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions, understanding complex decision-making processesKnowledge of clinical trials landscape - patient recruitment, regulatory environment, or research operationsPreferred BackgroundExperience at CROs (Contract Research Organizations), pharmaceutical services companies, or health technology platformsBackground in oncology, rare diseases, or specialized therapeutic areasPrevious roles in business development at startups or high-growth technology companiesUnderstanding of German healthcare system and regulatory environmentSkills & AttributesSales excellence with documented success in complex, consultative sales cyclesRelationship building skills with ability to engage senior executives and research professionalsStrategic thinking combined with tactical execution and results orientationCommunication skills for presenting complex solutions and building consensus across stakeholder groupsResilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving market environmentEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fieldMBA or advanced degree preferred for senior commercial rolesWhat We OfferCareer Growth & ImpactHigh-visibility role building new market with direct P&L responsibilityPerformance-based compensation with commission tied to revenue achievementDirect impact on advancing cancer research and improving patient access to innovative treatmentsFast-track career advancement opportunities within rapidly expanding global organizationPowered by JazzHRjID9R6C5FI
