Supported by a dynamic senior management team, you'll play a key role in expanding the business across various industrial sectors. The Position; We are looking for a motivated and technically savvy Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives across Queensland and New South Wales. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and margin expansion within key industrial sectors, including commercial, mining & civil, agriculture, and OEM. You will also provide technical leadership and training to a wide range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new direct industrial accounts in your assigned territories. Drive face-to-face customer visits to foster relationships and grow the business. Maintain accurate sales reporting, lead management, and CRM updates. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, distributors, resellers, and OEMs. Regularly analyse the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with customer service, finance, and marketing teams to achieve sales goals. Respond to all sales inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner. Ensure alignment with company values and policies and manage ad-hoc projects as needed. What We’re Looking For; We seek a driven, results-oriented individual with a strong technical background and proven success in sales.
