The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the commercial,Shopping Malls ,Retails shops and residential sectors and the ability to close high-value turnkey projects. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectorsGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry eventsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clientsConduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the design and execution teamsNegotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely project handoverMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategiesMaintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM toolsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry in the UAEStrong client base and excellent knowledge of the Dubai fit-out marketProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsValid UAE driving licenseBenefits:Attractive base salary + high-performance commissionCar/fuel allowance (if applicable)Annual air ticket and medical insuranceOpportunity to grow with a leading interior fit-out firm in DubaiKindly share your Resume at hello@whizzhr.com
