We’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth by onboarding and managing relationships with Australian commercial mortgage brokers. Location: 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (On-site)Role Type: Full-time, Permanent ResponsibilitiesOnboard new commercial mortgage brokers to the ThinkPrivate platform, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of its lender-matching features.Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of brokers, maximising their engagement and success on the platform.Represent ThinkPrivate at industry events to enhance brand visibility and grow market presence.Build a strong personal brand on relevant social platforms to promote ThinkPrivate’s mission and capabilities.Collect actionable feedback from brokers to inform ongoing platform improvements. Who You Are3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or similar roles, ideally within fintech, private credit, non-bank lending, or commercial property finance.Proven success in onboarding clients, managing accounts, and driving engagement, preferably with mortgage brokers or financial platforms.Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about innovation, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communicator with a talent for building trust-based relationships and gathering meaningful feedback.
