This individual will play a pivotal role in strengthening distribution partnerships, engaging key stakeholders, and advancing market access in the medical device segment.This is a high-impact, remote position that requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on autonomy and field execution.What You’ll Be Doing:Territory Leadership & Market ExecutionLead the growth of assigned territory through strategic business planningIdentify, engage, and onboard new channel partnersCultivate strong working relationships with distributors to maximize sales performanceSupport clinical adoption through collaboration with healthcare professionals and KOLsDevelop tailored go-to-market plans and pricing approaches based on market insightsAccount Management & Customer SuccessOversee the full sales cycle—from initial introduction to post-sale supportMaintain a high standard of customer service and follow-upEnsure accurate and timely CRM updates and pipeline reportingStrategic Collaboration & CompliancePartner with service teams to support post-sales satisfactionActively contribute to national marketing and educational initiativesStay compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and SOPsContribute to cross-functional projects that enhance business performanceWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & ExpertiseMinimum 3 years’ experience in medical device sales or business developmentPrior experience in the urology sector is requiredStrong background in managing distributors or indirect sales channelsComfortable with OR (operating room) product support and clinical environmentsEducation & LanguageBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualificationFluent in English (written and verbal)Key TraitsSelf-directed, commercially minded, and execution-orientedStrategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex marketsCollaborative, adaptable, and resourceful under pressure
