Business Development Manager - Web3 Infrastructure

You'll collaborate closely with senior BD leaders and technical teams to execute strategic outreach and support partner growth across key verticals.Requirements2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales (Web3, Infrastructure, or FinTech). Demonstrated ability to build outbound pipelines and manage early-stage deal cycles. Strong curiosity and understanding of Web3 infra (wallets, rollups, SDKs, or developer tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. Nice to Have Existing network among wallets, rollups, or protocol teams. Experience with SDK or API-based product sales. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
