 Develop and execute strategies to expand OneBullEx's presence within the global crypto ecosystem.
 制定并执行生态扩展策略,提升 OneBullEx 在全球加密生态中的影响力。Partnership Development / 合作拓展:
 Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and affiliates.
 寻找、洽谈并维护与 KOL、意见领袖、交易社区及联盟伙伴的合作关系。Campaign Collaboration / 活动协作:
 Launch and manage campaigns such as influencer trading events, AMAs, and referral programs. 策划并执行活动,如 KOL 交易挑战、AMA 及邀请返佣计划等。Performance Tracking / 绩效追踪:
 Monitor metrics such as new users, FTDs, trading volume, and ROI; continuously optimise results.
 跟踪并优化关键指标,包括新用户、首存(FTD)、交易量及投资回报率。Cross-Team Cooperation / 跨部门协作:
 Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth objectives.
 与市场、产品及数据团队紧密协作,确保增长目标一致。Community Engagement / 社区参与:
 Build strong relationships with crypto communities and foster long-term engagement.
 深入加密社区,建立长期稳固的合作与互动关系。Qualifications / 任职要求3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within crypto exchanges.
 3 年以上加密交易所相关商务拓展或增长岗位经验。Deep understanding of crypto trading (spot, futures, derivatives) and user acquisition.
 熟悉加密交易(现货、合约、衍生品)及用户增长机制。Proven experience managing KOL or community partnerships.
 具备管理 KOL、社区或联盟合作伙伴的成功经验。Excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
 出色的沟通、谈判能力及数据分析思维。Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
