Admattic, a leading Adtech network, is actively searching for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Nigeria.Position OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our business, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and establishing Admattic as a leader in the digital advertising and data management industry.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Market Analysis:Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for business growth in Nigeria.Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends, potential clients, and key industry players.Client Acquisition And Relationship LeadershipLead initiatives to acquire new clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.Sales Strategy And Pipeline OversightDevelop and oversee the implementation of a holistic sales strategy to meet business development goals and revenue targets.Directly manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation and successful deal closures.Partnership Development And CollaborationIdentify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and drive business growth.Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Manager to implement joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.Client Needs Analysis And Solution LeadershipTake a lead role in understanding clients' specific needs, pain points, and objectives to customize solutions accordingly.Drive the delivery of compelling value propositions and personally conduct product demonstrations when necessary.Sales Collateral And Proposal ExcellenceCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure the development of top-notch sales collateral, presentations, and proposals aligned with client needs and showcasing Admattic's strengths.Sales Forecasting And Strategic ReportingProvide regular and insightful sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the leadership team.Continuously analyze and refine sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the digital advertising, ad tech.Extensive network of industry contacts with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to achieving ambitious revenue targets.Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
