Our client, a leading interior fit-out and project management company in Malaysia, is hiring a Business Development Manager.The company delivers complete fit-out solutions for commercial, hospitality, industrial, and corporate office projects.We’re looking for someone with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for growing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calls, and client meetings.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Handle customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.Monitor and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement.Support the implementation of company policies and continuous process improvements.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking and planning abilities.Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.Team player with good time management and customer focus.
