A bit about us:We are a tool manufacturing company with a significant footprint in Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Building on our strong market position in Central Europe, we are now expanding operations into Poland and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in this key market.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business development in Poland and business-linked markets.Identify and secure opportunities within the injection moulding industry.Build and manage long-term client relationships.Negotiate and close commercial agreements.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping.Collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.Maintain a minimum of 5–10 meetings per week.Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.Requirements:Polish, English (spoken and written).Proven track record in business development or sales.Knowledge of the injection/tooling moulding industry.Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.Willingness to travel frequently."B" driving license.Nice-to-Have:Contacts within Injection Moulding industry in Poland (or other countries).Additional European language.Offer:Competitive base salary.Commission scheme without cap (uncapped earnings potential).Company computer, car, phone for personal use.Flexible working conditions and travel opportunities.Reports to: Commercial DirectorIf you find this position interesting, and would like to hear more, please share your CV with contact details.
