Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Makati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market analysis, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and leading business initiatives. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and meet organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis.Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.Proven ability in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience in the digital finance, banking, or fintech sectors is advantageous.Proficiency in CRM tools and software is beneficial.Familiarity with the Southeast Asian financial market is an added advantage.
