The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Qualifications Experience in business development, account management, and sales strategiesStrong negotiation and communication skillsProven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsAbility to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the travel and tourism industry is a plusProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
