You will join as a Business Development (BD) specialist, initially based in mainland China to immerse yourself in company culture, product knowledge, and market dynamics while achieving designated performance targets. During this period, you will prepare for and obtain relevant Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licenses (e.g., Type 1, Type 4, or Type 9). Upon successful license acquisition, performance milestone achievement, and contract signing, we will sponsor your Hong Kong work visa, enabling a seamless transition to our Hong Kong office for permanent relocation and career growth. Ideal for candidates with a strong drive for international opportunities and a network of high-net-worth clients.Location: Initial phase in mainland China (with training and support); relocation to Hong Kong post-license and contract. Reporting to: Head of Wealth Management, Hong Kong. Employment Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), promoting Noah's wealth management products (e.g., private funds, cross-border portfolios) via calls, meetings, and events to meet quarterly/annual KPIs (e.g., new client onboarding, AUM growth).Product Mastery & Market Insights: Deeply learn Noah's product suite, conduct market research, and provide tailored wealth advisory to clients.License Preparation & Compliance: Actively study for and pass SFC license exams within the designated timeframe to meet Hong Kong regulatory standards.Team Collaboration: Partner with wealth management, asset management, and operations teams to drive Hong Kong business expansion and refine services based on client feedback.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress, generate reports, and adapt strategies to align with company goals.Cross-Border Coordination: Facilitate client transitions between mainland China and Hong Kong, supporting Noah's global strategy.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: 2-5 years in the financial industry, such as wealth management, investment banking, fund sales, or business development. Proven track record in client acquisition preferred.Skills & Abilities:Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., funds, bonds, equities) and familiarity with the Hong Kong financial market.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging HNWIs.Strong learning agility to quickly master products and prepare for license exams.Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); Cantonese proficiency is a plus.Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to an international environment. Must possess existing high-net-worth client resources or networks.
