We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to spearhead our B2B sales efforts by collaborating directly with architects and interior designers.Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager, Art & Architecture will be responsible for forging and managing relationships with architectural firms and B2B clients to integrate the gallery's art inventory into bespoke, large-scale design and construction projects. This is a crucial role that combines art knowledge, design sensitivity, and proven B2B sales expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new project sales opportunities with architectural firms, property developers, and high-end interior designers.Architectural Project Integration: Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to propose and integrate specific artworks, collections, or commissioned art projects from the gallery's inventory.Inventory & Project Matching: Master the gallery’s inventory and artist portfolio to strategically match artworks with the aesthetic and functional requirements of complex architectural projects.Proposal Development: Create compelling, tailored presentations and financial proposals that articulate the value of art integration in professional and commercial environments.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.Market Research: Stay current on trends in architectural design, B2B art market, and contemporary art to identify emerging opportunities.What You BringExperience: Proven minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the art, design, architecture, or luxury goods sectors.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the architectural project lifecycle, including design phases, material selection, and procurement processes.Art Acumen: A genuine passion for and knowledge of contemporary and modern art, and the ability to confidently discuss the gallery's inventory.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Art History, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.Travel: Willingness to travel [Belirtiniz, örn: locally and occasionally internationally] to meet clients and attend industry events.Why Join Us?The opportunity to work at the intersection of high culture and innovative design.A competitive salary and commission structure.A dynamic, collaborative, and art-centric work environment.
