Z O.O. we are looking for:Business Development Manager (Balkans)Region: Europe (Poland/ Ukraine/ Lithuania/ Romania/ Czechia/ Slovakia/ Germany/ Netherlands)YOUR TASKS:Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors. Gather and analyze data to identify potential business opportunities and customer needs in international regions.Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential clients, partners, and distributors in designated international markets. Support outreach efforts through email campaigns, calls, and participation in virtual or in-person meetings. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant contact and activity information.Supporting Business Development Initiatives: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to specific markets. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure alignment on international projects. Support the organization and participation in international trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners. Provide timely follow-up to inquiries and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Prepare regular reports on market activities, sales pipeline, and progress toward targets. Support administrative tasks related to international sales and business development projects.
