Join us as a Business Development Manager based in Athens, covering Greece, and help shape the future of our strategic accounts across Recon & Robotics, Sports Medicine, and Advanced Wound Management.What will you be doing?You will be the driving force behind our commercial development in the Balkans. From crafting strategic plans to identifying new opportunities, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for key customers and distributors. Your role will span everything from supporting product launches and onboarding new markets to ensuring supply chain alignment and regulatory compliance. Every day will bring fresh challenges and the chance to make a real difference.Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the Balkans.Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, ensuring alignment across all functions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.Support Business Units in providing tailored solutions for priority accounts.Assist in planning and executing product launches and onboarding new markets.Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability.Work with regulatory affairs to align product registration with commercial plans.Support third-party agreements and service contracts in partnership with legal and compliance teams.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a proactive partner and a trusted advisor. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results.
