About the RoleHypex is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and help us handle inbound service inquiries, qualify leads, and ultimately close sales for our AI-powered and custom software solutions. This role will be key in driving business growth and ensuring our leads are nurtured from initial contact through to onboarding.This is a remote role, and we’re ideally looking for a candidate based in Dubai, as the marketing campaigns we run will be specifically targeting Dubai-based companies.You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your role will involve calling, qualifying, and determining whether Hypex’s products and services are the right fit for their business. If you find a match, you’ll aim to book sales meetings and then join those meetings to showcase Hypex’s offerings. Your goal is to convince clients of the value we can bring to their business, guiding them through the process and ensuring they’re onboarded successfully.What You’ll DoInbound Lead Qualification: Manage inbound service inquiries, making initial calls to customers, asking key questions to qualify leads, and determining their needs.Booking Sales Meetings: Book Zoom meetings for product demonstrations, coordinating with leads to set up meetings at convenient times.Sales Support: Be present during sales meetings to showcase Hypex’s AI and software solutions, helping clients understand how our products are the best fit for their business.Follow-Up: Ensure all new and existing leads are followed up with 1-2 times a day, keeping them engaged and moving through the sales process.Post-Meeting Communication: Send follow-up emails, provide post-meeting information, and manage any ongoing queries or concerns from leads.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised pipeline of leads and opportunities, using CRM tools to track and report progress.Onboarding: Work closely with clients to facilitate their onboarding with Hypex after closing a deal, ensuring smooth transition and set-up.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS/tech-related industries.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and present products/services confidently.Drive: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets and bring in new business.Organisation: Ability to manage and follow up on multiple leads, staying organised in a fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and other sales and productivity tools.Team Player: Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with our sales and marketing teams.Location: Based in Dubai, or willing to work remotely with strong familiarity with the Dubai market.Why Hypex?Join a fast-growing company at the cutting edge of AI and software development.Career growth and opportunities to expand your role within the company.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
