Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue growth opportunities for the company. Responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, designing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to drive business growth. This role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles on web3 / CEX industryStrong negotiation, partnership-building, and stakeholder management skillsMarket research, data analysis, and trend forecasting experienceKnowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology is an advantageOutstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to design and execute business strategies effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferredProficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
