You’ll listen between the lines, connect the dots no one else sees, and pitch creative, scalable ideas that expand our reach, revenue, and relevance.You are not a farmer. You are a hunter, an inventor, a builder.What You’ll Do:Discover New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new clients, venues, event types, and untapped market segments.Pitch Visionary Ideas: Craft creative proposals that go beyond the ask—transforming simple rental needs into experiential environments and full-scale event concepts.Develop New Channels: Establish relationships with traditional and non-traditional partners—real estate developers, municipalities, entertainment districts, tourism boards, and others who don't yet know they need us.Problem Solve in Real-Time: Walk sites, meet clients, and offer on-the-spot solutions that align with long-term revenue strategy and logistical feasibility.Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate new long-term opportunities by positioning our offerings as an essential part of venue success, seasonal programming, and community initiatives.Track Trends & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of seasonal trends, city permitting developments, and the ever-evolving needs of venues and event producers.Drive Revenue Growth: Set and exceed ambitious sales targets by creating opportunities where none previously existed.Who You AreCreative and Entrepreneurial: You have a gift for seeing opportunities others miss and the drive to make them real.A Natural Connector: You thrive on building relationships—especially new ones—and are energized by walking into unfamiliar territory.Comfortable with Ambiguity: You’re at ease proposing ideas that haven't been done before and navigating the “what ifs.”Tactically Savvy: You understand event logistics, permitting, site planning, and custom fabrication—or are eager to learn quickly.Sales-Minded, Strategically Driven: You’re hungry to close deals, but never at the expense of long-term value.Detail-Oriented: You can hold a big vision while managing the small details that make it work.Passionate About Events: You love the energy, the scale, the storytelling, and the impact of great experiences.What You Have5+ years in business development, sales strategy, or partnerships—preferably in events, hospitality, luxury services, or design-forward industriesStrong CRM fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
