Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of experience in selling banking and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with leading banks in the UAE and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calls to contract signing and ongoing account management. The BDM will conduct market analysis and build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders in the banking and financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UAE market in alignment with the company’s business plan.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders.Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure proper alignment with solutions.Work with the Bidding Team to prepare detailed proposals and documentation showcasing business requirements and solution capabilities.Negotiate contracts, including solutions and recurring maintenance agreements.Maintain and update client information extensively using CRM systems.Analyze competitor offerings and prepare comparison reports.Identify new market opportunities and develop distribution channels with global, regional, and local partners.RequirementsProven sales experience in UAE within the banking and financial services sector.Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with senior decision-makers.Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of banking and payment systems.Highly organized, ambitious, independent, and results-driven.
