Business Development Manager (Central Europe)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Central Europe responsible for the EDAC Group of companies' growth strategy of electromechanical connectors. Responsible for both direct customers and distributors, you will manage relationships, drive sales, and create opportunities across Central Europe.Your primary focus will be twofold: growing interconnect sales through our distributor network and identifying and securing new key customers in the region. This is a field-based role where your ability to connect, influence, and deliver results will directly impact our success.What You'll Be DoingManaging relationships and motivating local and pan-European distribution partners in your territoryBuilding a robust pipeline of new business opportunitiesMeeting and exceeding sales and gross profit budgets for the regionGrowing the existing customer base while actively hunting for new strategic accountsMonitoring competitor activities and identifying market opportunitiesChampioning our key brands and focus products as defined by leadershipProviding regular reporting and insights to the Head of SalesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Fluent German speaker with excellent written German skillsConversant with connector products, from either manufacturer or distributor backgroundCommercial/business degree and/or technical qualificationProven track record in a similar role within the connector industry or related fieldOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated, results-driven mentalityAble to work under pressure and close sales opportunitiesStrong analytical thinking and software proficiencyThis is a home-based position (either within the region or UK-based with regular travel to Central Europe), reporting to our Head of Sales.If you're ready to take ownership of a dynamic territory and make a real impact on our growth trajectory, we want to hear from you.Apply now to join the EDAC Group team.
