Our client is a world-class EMS provider, operating across multiple continents and renowned for delivering cutting-edge solutions to industrial OEMs. As they expand their Canadian presence, we’re seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting partnerships with top-tier industrial clients. About the Role: This senior, individual contributor position is all about identifying and winning new business with industrial OEMs. You’ll manage complex sales cycles, oversee a multi-million dollar pipeline, and close high-value deals that shape the future of advanced manufacturing in Canada. Key Responsibilities: Hunt for and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sectorBuild and nurture long-term relationships with OEMs and key stakeholdersLead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including pipeline management and forecastingManage and grow a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, consistently closing large-scale dealsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutionsStay ahead of market trends and contribute to strategic planning This is a hunter role (individual contributor, no team management) reporting directly to the SVP of Global Sales & Marketing and responsible for building a $20M -$30M book of business. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred7–10 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing salesStrong EMS sales expertiseProven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals and managing large pipelinesStrong understanding of OEM dynamics and Canadian market landscapeSalesforce proficiency and excellent communication skillsResidency in Quebec, Ontario, or Vancouver, BC (French preferred but not mandatory)Willingness to travel up to 30% Experience: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) experience is strongly preferred Location: Remote (with ~30% travel); ideally based in Quebec, Canada Why Apply?
