About The Role :We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the company's on new and existing product growth by identifying healthcare trends, developing new opportunities, and enhancing market competitiveness.Job Description:Lead and coordinate business development projects in collaboration with relevant local functions, Business Operations, and Business Units to support company growth and strategic initiatives.Monitor and analyze trends in the consumer health/self-medication industry both locally and globally to develop new business strategies and strengthen existing ones.Identify and address portfolio challenges, including stagnant or declining products, by providing strategic analysis and practical solutions to enhance performance.Develop and evaluate business models and new product or business proposals, ensuring alignment with management approval processes and overall company objectives.Requirements:Education minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, or Food TechnologyMinimum 3-4 years experience in Business Development particularly in the Consumer Health / Self-Medication industry at both local and global levels.Proven ability to analyze data, market trends, and consumer insights to support business decision-making as well as drive business growth and innovation.Proficient in computer operations and digital tools relevant to business analysis and project management.Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, verbal and written.Strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Willing to be placed at East Jakarta
