Business DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in data, AI and Consulting.Understand client challenges, business goals, and use cases to propose the right solution approach.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Manage sales pipeline and drive opportunities through all stages (from discovery to deal closure.)Collaborate with marketing and Sales teams to execute go-to-market initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales)Conduct requirement discovery sessions to analyze client needs from both business and technical perspectives.Design tailored data and analytics solutions aligned with client goals.Prepare and present proposals, solution decks, and POCs.Work closely with technical and Business teams to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with delivery capabilities.Support account handover to delivery teams and ensure smooth project initiation.Internal CollaborationAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of client objectives.Provide client and market insights to improve service offerings and reusable solution frameworks.Contribute to partnership enablement and company growth initiatives.QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting, preferably in Data / Cloud / AI / IT Consulting.Strong understanding of data platform architecture, cloud technologies and business analytics.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for data-driven business transformation.
