Now, we’re expanding in Eastern and Southeastern Europe and looking for a Senior Business Development and Sales Manager to help us capture this fast-growing market.What you'll doDrive sales growth and market share for Teledyne FLIR Defense products in Eastern and Southeastern Europe.Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and integrators.Develop and execute pursuit strategies for land, maritime, and man-portable surveillance solutions.Lead proposals and capture processes for major programs and tenders.Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.Coordinate live demonstrations and customer meetings to showcase solutions.Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and manage timely follow-ups on opportunities.Support tradeshows and public-facing events across the region.Provide input for next-generation product development.Ensure customer satisfaction from initial engagement through post-sales support.What you needRequired: Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven success in defense markets.Required: Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Required: Experience with government tenders and competitive bids.Required: Willingness to travel up to 50%.Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Advantage: Knowledge of EO/thermal imaging technologies.Advantage: Military operational experience or familiarity with FMS/OEM markets.Required: Degree-level education or equivalent experience.What we offerCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid vacation and holidays with progressive benefits.Opportunities for professional development and global career growth.Work with cutting-edge technology that makes a real-world impact.What happens nextApply online and our talent team will review your application.
