DesignRush.com is a B2B Media Platform to drive brand discovery & growth, is seeking a Business Development Manager. The site generates over 1 million high‑intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools and partners.The Business Development Manager’s tasks is to:Generate targeted leadsShow value to prospects such as to how they can increase their brand awareness, engagement and lead generation by being featured in DesignRush platform.Sell media and exposure packagesRetain and upsell relationshipsThis position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.As our clients are US based, this position requires candidates that work up until 5pm EST. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Goals for this Position:Grow revenue by selling brand exposure and media packagesNurture and manage relationships with brand clients.Educate prospects on how DesignRush drives awareness, authority and leadsMeet and exceed monthly sales targetsKey Responsibilities:Own the full Brand sales cycle: prospecting, closing, relationship managementSell contributor columns, PR campaigns, newsletters, podcast features, digital PR and social media exposure packagesIdentify and approach qualified brand decision-makersBuild trusted partnerships with key clients, increasing retention and revenue over timeMaintain pipeline activity in CRMCollaborate with marketing and Sales Ops teamRequirements:5+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales to the digital sectorExperience selling marketing or visibility solutions preferredProven ability to sell and grow a client baseProactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and has a growth mindsetMust have exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and writtenHas a strong drive to help customers and enhance their experienceExperienced in working within cross-functional teams and is a true team playerExcellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot)Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.Able to work EST hours.Recruitment steps:Apply via LinkedInReceive short questionnaireSend back answers + CVRecruiter InterviewTechnical TestHave an interview with our Hiring Manager and our General ManagerGet feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
