We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a solid background in the consulting or recruitment industry to help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of business growth in the consulting or recruitment space. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the recruitment and consulting space. • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships. • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. • Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. • Track and report on business development activities, including lead conversions, client feedback, and market insights. • Represent Dicalo Consulting Group at networking events, conferences, and industry forums. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. • 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within a consulting or recruitment firm (mandatory). • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR consulting services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
