Our client, an Asia-focused digital marketing agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead regional digital marketing sales from Singapore.In this newly created role, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to brands and agencies—identifying new opportunities, crafting impactful advertising strategies, and promoting innovative digital and out-of-home media solutions across Asia markets.Responsibilities:Identify and engage new clients across Singapore and other Asia markets.Promote and sell a full range of digital marketing solutions—including Ads/Media Paid (CPC), KOL, OOH, and pDOOH.Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and market growth.Lead client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations that win new business.Collaborate closely with cross-border teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic sales planning.Requirements:Marketing or sales experience, with agency experience required (OOH/pDOOH experience a plus).Proactive, passionate, and results-driven mindset.Strong connections in media, advertising, or digital marketing are a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.To Apply:If you are interested in this opportunity or other roles we are handling, please submit your application or reach out to Amanda directly at amanda.chan@ambition.com.sg for a confidential discussion.We will contact applicants who have been successfully shortlisted.
