This will involve proactive account management of existing customers and business development activities with prospects.Main activities Reporting to the Sales Director CEE-CIS your main responsibilities include:Prospecting new and developing existing customersDemonstrating products and delivering installations and product trainingsRepresenting the company at trade showsKeeping the CRM (Salesforce) updated all the timeDeveloping a strategic plan for your regionYour assets: Training and Experience: Over 5 years of experience in selling medical equipment solutions, preferably with exposure to the ultrasound market. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of medical technologies and strong familiarity with clinical environments; valuable network among diabetologists and gastroenterologists. Key Skills: Strategic vision, opportunity identification, consensus building, and effective execution in coordination with cross-functional teams. Additional Asset: Ability to work autonomously in a home-based setting and fully operational with extensive weekly travel (50–80%). English and Adaptability: Fluent in English with high adaptability to diverse stakeholders, environments, and international contexts.
