Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Property Acquisition Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleRequirements and skillsProven working experience as a Property Acquisition Manager or a relevant role in Holiday Homes Setting for at least 3 years is a mustProven sales track record in the same fieldExperience in customer support is a mustProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareFluency in English is a must and having another language is encouragedMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
