This role involves connecting with HR professionals to understand their companies, challenges, and key objectives, thereby initiating a discussion about how the Edenred Engagement Platform can assist them.What is Edenred Engagement?Edenred Engagement is an employee engagement platform that offers HR departments a unified suite of modules to provide the best combination of engagement solutions for their employees: offers and discounts, rewards and recognition, well-being solutions, and social activities.As part of expanding these activities, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop the sales of Edenred Engagement to both HR and General Management of mid-sized and large accounts in either the Flemish/Brussels region or Wallonia/Brussels, within our dedicated team for the platform.As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle in your region, from data analysis and strategy development to prospecting and closing. To achieve this, you will build (and maintain) an in-depth understanding of our products, competition, and the HR sector while contributing to the development of the Edenred brand in Belgium, including social selling.Your Responsibilities and Core Tasks:Prospecting:Actively participating in events to network and connect with the target audience.Maintaining relationships (both internal and external) to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and keep prospects engaged.Developing and implementing creative and innovative approaches to reach out to our prospects via channels such as cold calling, video, LinkedIn posts, personalized emails, and events.Conducting high-level needs analyses during discovery calls to uncover key organizational challenges related to personnel matters.Delivering platform demos to prospects.Negotiating in a competitive market at different decision-making levels.Preparing recommendations, commercial proposals, and action plans to meet your objectives.Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to maintain the relationship after the sale.Managing and reporting activities, pipeline, and prospects' opportunities using our CRM system (Salesforce) and achieving agreed monthly KPIs.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU:First and foremost, you are a true “hunter”! You have proven success in account development with companies that have more than 200 employees.You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B business development, with at least one experience in HR sales.Thanks to your analytical skills, nothing escapes your attention! You are methodical with a strong sense of organization.You love prospecting, persuading, and closing deals using a consultative approach.You are independent and results-oriented.You have the ability to apply insights and find effective solutions using a consultative method.You speak fluently French (for Brussels/Wallonia region) or Dutch (for Flanders/Brussels region) and have a good understanding of the other language.START DATE:ASAPOTHER INFORMATION:Permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week).Location: Brussels (Auderghem) or Antwerp (Wilrijk).
