Business DevelopmentEsensi Digital – Gading Serpong, TangerangAs a Business Development at Esensi Digital, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring new clients, expanding partnerships, and identifying opportunities across industries.We’re looking for someone who has agency experience — someone who understands how digital marketing services work, what clients actually need, and how to sell solutions that create impact.You’ll work closely with our leadership team and specialists to pitch, negotiate, and close new projects Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries (property, education, skincare, F&B, etc.).Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, pain points, and marketing challenges.Develop tailored proposals with internal teams (Performance, Creative, SEO, Web) and present them effectively.Drive the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to deal closing.Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline with clear activity tracking and reporting.Collaboration & Strategy AlignmentWork closely with Account Executives and department leads to align strategies and deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect realistic scope, pricing, and timelines.Contribute insights from client interactions to improve Esensi’s service offerings and positioning.Relationship Building & NetworkingBuild and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.Maintain long-term client engagement to support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Represent Esensi at meetings, events, and industry gatherings to build visibility and credibility.RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within a digital or creative agency.Deep understanding of digital marketing services (Performance Ads, Social Media, SEO, Creative Production, Web Development).Proven track record in closing deals and managing B2B relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Able to think strategically, adapt quickly, and handle fast-paced environments.Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads at once.Must be able to speak and present professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Willing to work on-site at Esensi Digital Office, Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
