Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities with OEM and OES prospects. This role combines strategic account management, new market development and customer relationship to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness growth & strategyDevelop and execute business development plans aligned with company strategy and growth objectivesIdentify and pursue new OEM and OES customersLead initial commercial discussions and manage quotation process with support of technical key accountMonitor industry trends, competitors activities to identify emerging business opportunities and report to managementCustomer relationship managementBuild and maintain strong relationship with decision makers at OEM & OES customersRepresent the company at trade shows, technical conferences and industry eventsManage directly a limited amount of strategic customers in the premium and luxury segmentDevelop and maintain internal sales processes QualificationsBachelor degree in business administration, engineering or related fields5 to 10 years’ experience in automotive (tier 1 supplier)Proven success in securing new business and managing OEM and/or OES accountsGood understanding of OEM RFQ processesFluency in English and another European language, Chinese language is a plus
