We want someone who will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships, and be instrumental in helping our business to grow and positively influence more people. QualificationsYou won't need to be an expert in safety, but being a quick learner will definitely help.Specifically, the qualifications we are looking for are:Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skillsExperience in market research and strategic planningStrong negotiation, communication, and organisational skillsLeadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in CRM tools and sales management software (preferably HubSpot)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in safety, wellbeing, or related professional services industries is a plusProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
