This role involves developing new business pipelines, designing tailored client solutions, and ensuring the delivery of impactful, high-quality security services.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share in private and tech-enabled security services. • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, residential, and government sectors. • Cultivate partnerships aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives. • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.Opportunity Management & Deal Closure • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value business opportunities. • Lead negotiations to secure impactful and profitable client agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and finalize deals aligned with company objectives.Solution Design & Execution • Develop innovative security solutions leveraging modern technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, GPS tracking, IoT, etc.). • Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to convert leads into long-term clients.Leadership & Collaboration • Lead cross-functional teams and external consultants to execute business initiatives. • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. • Support organizational strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Business Areas 1.
