Eyewitness Integrated Security Systems is dedicated to enhancing home safety and security through advanced technology solutions tailored to meet individual needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth strategies. The individual will engage in market research and analysis, meet sales targets, and collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong skills in Market Research, Analysis, and Strategy DevelopmentExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven track record of meeting sales targetsKnowledge of home automation system, and solar/inverter is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
